MS Outlook is highly used Windows based email client which furnishes number of quality features along with ease of use and flexibility. It provides number of facilities like emailing, contact management, task management, calendars, etc and all these functions can be utilized with a very simple interface and without any complications. Open MS Outlook application and on the main menu select "Tool" option.
You will get a drop down list of various options. Go to the first option available which is Send/Receive option. Again one sub-window will appear in send/receive option amongst which you have to select Send/Receive Settings option.
Now in this settings option click on "Define Send/Receive Groups" and a dialogue box will open.
In this dialogue box uncheck the option of "Schedule an automatic send/receive every _ minutes" and save the changes.
The above steps can be used for the MS Outlook 2003 and MS Outlook 2007. However for MS Outlook 2010 the options are available in different manner as the interface of this advance application is different from previous versions.
Go to File option of menu bar.
Go to Options and a window will open. Here click on Advanced and scroll down to Send and Receive option and click Send and Receive.
In the Send/ Receive group under "All Account" settings you will select the desired option. Un-Check the "Schedule and Automatic Send/Receive every _ minutes".
The above mentioned error was associated with MS Outlook operation itself and hence it was under control complication.
